We live in an overwhelming information time, consuming more and more and more, listening to so many different voices, opinions and truths, and many do not take the time to really integrate and embody what they are receiving.
A protective mechanism of mine for many years was to stay inside the analytical mind, without knowing I was avoiding my body and emotions and protecting my heart on a detrimental and actually harmful level.
I was confused as to why I wasn't manifesting the life I was envisioning... The law of attraction seemed to be broken... But was it really?
In this episode, I share with you my journey of awakening, descending, dark night of the soul, reclamation, embodiment and homecoming. On this journey I realised how ESSENTIAL it is to integrate the mind, body, soul, emotions and heart in order to consciously co-create with the Universe.
You see... You are always co-creating but where are you creating from? The conscious or the unconscious...
By delving into your underworld, healing the deep wounds buried within, feeling/expressing the repressed/suppressed emotions and reconnecting to your authenticity and heart, you will tap into the magic of the Universe, the magic within you, this is where you can truly co-create your reality and bring your dreams and desires to life.

How as women we have a tendency to contort ourselves and change ourselves in order to "fit in", to be loved, accepted and belong but how this actually causes more isolation and emptiness, and what you can do to move forward on your journey as your authentic, unapologetic self, and get those needs of love, acceptance, and belong met by being who you truly are.

115: Expanding Your Capacity To Receive in Relationships & Life, What Blocks You From Receiving, Journal Prompts & Self-Inquiry Practice to Support You

Today I was on a call with one of my amazing clients and the theme of receiving came up, my client was struggling with what she was receiving and actually found it very uncomfortable to be receiving from the people in her life. She was in unknown territory, over-giving, people-pleasing, and self-sacrificing for much of her life, receiving felt incredibly foreign and like unknown territory and this was scary for her.
This has also been a HUGE part of my own journey, expanding my capacity to receive has been a windy road, a dance, a journey.
I have learned that over-giving, people-pleasing, and self-sacrificing actually benefits us in many ways, and it also hinders us in many ways, as well as the people around us. It's often a conditioned response, passed down through the generations, young girls are often praised and encouraged to be over-giving, people-pleasing and self-sacrificing.
But this actually doesn't serve the highest good of yourself or those around you, for when your cup is full and abundantly overflowing you actually have so much more to give and share with the world and from a place of love rather than depletion, resentment and burnout.
In this episode, we explore the journey of giving and receiving, of stepping into your feminine energy and receptive state, how to do this and how to honour the process by meeting your edge, your capacity and hoonrouing your "no" when you've hit your capacity. 
I guide you through powerful journal prompts and self-inquiry questions to help guide you deeper into your own relationship with giving and receiving so that you can make the unconscious conscious and choose what you desire to do moving forth.

She is now able to prioritize her needs, set boundaries, and communicate her needs which has completely transformed her relationship with her girls and her partner.

113: The Shift From Feeling Unsupported to Deeply, Abundantly Supported In My Relationship with Liam, Myself and with Life Itself

A conversation about cultivating the feeling of being supported in your relationship and by life.
In my first birth experience I felt so unsupported and this led to deep resentment toward my partner and caused us to become increasingly disconnected from one another.
Through healing the core wounds and addressing the experience I had in my first birth, as well as learning to get clarity of my needs and to express those needs I have been able to shift the experience from being unsupported to feeling incredibly supported within myself, within my relationship and by life itself.
I now have a very different experience in my relationship and feel like I'm living in a completely different reality, one where I feel connected, supported, and profoundly happy, a happiness that I have never experienced before and I desire for more people to experience this for themselves.
