The Journey Home: From feeling and believing we’re not good enough to reconnecting and falling in love with our true selves and learning to embrace all of ourselves

 

When I first began supporting others as an embodiment facilitator and coach I was predominantly supporting women to reconnect to their authentic self, their true essence and to embrace all of themselves, to love all of themselves.

 

To witness the transformation these women experienced, from feeling and believing they were not enough to falling in love with their true selves and learning to embrace all of themselves has been one of the highlights of my life and such an honor.

 

And it is still one of the core pillars of my work today.
