Something I struggled with for many years as well as what I see for many of my clients is the tendency to self judge, shame and put ourselves down. Trying to be someone we're not in order to "fit in"
But the thing is, if we're not being our true self, we will never feel the sense of belonging we deeply crave. Self criticism is also a way that we disconnect from our self and abandon our self.
We must rebuild our relationship to self to create inner safety, trust and belonging.
In this episode I share with you a powerful tool I have been using for years that has supported me in transforming not only my relationship to self but to others as well, allowing me to experience deeper connection, self love, acceptance and belonging.
