127: This is happening FOR you, the healing journey, my VITA experience with Layla Martin, devotion to love

What I have noticed for myself and through working with others is that we can get sucked into the story of our experience we miss out on the gold, like we're in the eye of the storm, too close to see the bigger picture.

It can be scary and incredibly uncomfortable, especially when navigating it all alone. I have been there.

Since doing the VITA Coaching Program with Layla Martin last year, I have noticed how much more resilient, open and receptive I have become, how much more trust I have and how much easier it is for me to surrender, feel and express myself.

The coaching sessions I received were next level and completely changed my life, I will ALWAYS work with a coach since the VITA program, I experienced on an even deeper level how ESSENTIAL it is to have this support.

Recently I became unwell and it was incredibly fascinating to witness how interconnected this cold was with the deeper healing that was at play. I was releasing such deep ancestral pain, suffering and beliefs that have been holding me back from allowing myself to fully shine and be seen.

So often we can miss the golden wisdom available to us because we just rush it off as an inconvenience, "Oh I'm sick, I caught a bug" and we distract ourselves with food and netflix and take the medication, anything to get rid of the discomfort rather than leaning into the discomfort and experiencing deep healing and transformation.

When you embark on this journey of healing, growth and awakening, you will be taken through intense initiations, they can be confronting and uncomfortable but what's on the other side will blow your frickin' mind and heart wide open.

This is the journey home to yourself.
It's absolutely wild.
