125: Play As Medicine with Kristin Mathes, How Perfectionism Holds Us Back From The Enjoyment Of Life & How To Lean Into More Play

In this conversation, we explore how perfectionism holds us back from the enjoyment of life & how to lean into more play, pleasure and joy in our lives, to listen to the wisdom of our bodies and reconnect to our innocence, our true essence, and soften into the waves of life.

Play As Medicine, offers suggestions and invitations to support you in reconnecting to your childlike innocence and play and explores how we can reduce the feeling of heaviness, contraction, and resistance on the healing journey and bring more lightness and playfulness that will support you to heal and integrate on a deep level and return home to wholeness, authenticity, and freedom.
